  and wellbeing forum will build on the discussions we have been having abo
 ut developing a VCSE alliance for the Integrated Care System for North Eas
 t London and the health and social care structures in Tower Hamlets.\n\nTH
 CVS has been working with the other boroughs in North East London and NAVC
 A who are leading on supporting the sector to design structures locally th
 at will hopefully engage as many organisations in developing a response. W
 e would like to share the experiences of how local organisations\, have be
 en working with the emerging ICS systems and at a borough level.\n\nThere 
 will be presentations from organisations working at a system level and wit
 h Tower hamlets Together at a borough level and the primary care networks 
 at the neighbourhood level. This will give you an opportunity to hear what
  has been working well and how we as borough-based organisations can ensur
 e opportunities for the diverse community groups to be involved and struct
 ured to respond to the potential opportunities to influence decisions abou
