DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, 28 September to Tuesday 3 October 10.00am to 4.00pm 
 / Nunnery Gallery\, 181 Bow Road\, E3 2SJ\nNatalie Bignell\, who is an ELF
 T service user and somebody heavily involved with the People Participation
  team at the Trust\, will be holding an art exhibition across one week in 
 late September and early October.\nNatalie is a mixed media artist who use
 s mark-making as a way to express and process her experiences of tetrapleg
 ia\, a term to describe someone’s inability to voluntarily move upper an
 d lower body parts.\nIn November 2020\, Natalie was the victim of gun crim
 e in east London as an innocent bystander. She became paralysed from the c
 hest down with a C4 spinal cord injury\, preventing her from using her han
 ds.\nWith the help of splints\, Natalie has been able to use drawing tools
  to improve her hand and arm movements\, while expressing herself through 
 art.\nSupported by Arts Council England\, Natalie will be self-producing a
 n exhibition to showcase the artwork she has created since her rehabilitat
