  via Zoom\n\nWhat will your sector look like ten years from now? What are 
 the barriers that may prevent people applying to join your organisation?\n
 \nSound Connections’ upcoming workshop Strategies for Change aims to e
 mpower delegates to test new ideas and to instigate change within your org
 anisation / sector. Built on a foundation of kindness and support\, this o
 nline session will be led by writer\, poet and educator Suhaiymah Manzoor-
 Khan\, and music producer and sound artist Remi Fox-Novák. The workshop w
 ill be an opportunity to identify potential problems within your organisat
 ion / sector and explore how to find deep and lasting solutions to specifi
 c changes\, as a group and / or in break out spaces. Delegates will be enc
 ouraged to work together to find solutions and explore precise actions tha
 t you can take\, to become an instigator of real change.\n\nThis workshop
