DESCRIPTION:by Bromley by Bow Centre\n\nA web-based session for Link Worker
 s\, facilitated by Lianna Martin\, London SP Regional Learning Coordinator
 \n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nBOOK HERE\n\n\n\nThis is an open. largely unstructured 
 session for a maximum of 12 people. It will involved facilitated discussio
 n about how everyone is feeling and the challenges posed by their work cur
 rently. Whilst practical solutions may be discussed\, this is very much a 
 session to come and off load also.\n\nThis session is a chance to:\n\n1) O
 ffload and connect with other SPLWs in an informal session\n\n2) Discuss c
 hallenges and concerns in an open session\n\n3) Learn from other link work
 ers in how they might have approached similar challenges\n\nWho should att
 end? - SPLWs that are feeling the need to connect with others doing a simi
 lar role. It may be more beneficial for newer SPLWs wanting to help orient
 ate themselves and check in with the RLC and meet other SPLWs\, or those f
 urther down the line feeling the need to offload or support others\, but o
 pen to all.\n\nHow do I access the session? - The session will be an onlin
