DESCRIPTION:by Tower Hamlets CVS \n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nTHCVS are working with 
 LBTH to support the voluntary sector to support vulnerable adults at risk 
 of harm with a safeguarding adults session.\n\nBOOK HERE\n\n\nTHCVS are wo
 rking with LBTH to support the voluntary sector to support vulnerable adul
 ts at risk of harm with a safeguarding adults session. The session will be
  led by Sarah Murphy Senior Strategic Safeguarding Lead for Adults in Towe
 r Hamlets Local Authority\n\nAdults at risk of harm are sometimes referred
  to as a "vulnerable adults".\n\nThey’re adults who are (or may be) in n
 eed of community care services - because of disability\, age or illness - 
 and are unable (or may be) unable to take care of themselves or protect th
 emselves against significant harm or exploitation. This includes people wh
 o are temporarily in this position as well as those to whom it applies\, l
 ong-term.\n\nThis session is targeted at your organisation if you work wit
 h adults and you would like an update on safeguarding and want to understa
 nd the system for reporting any concerns you may have.\n\nThe session is o
