DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nAs part of Real's ‘THEN and NOW’ Inclusive Employment
  Project\, join us for the first of many FREE training opportunities for e
 mployers. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe workshop will be delivered by Jane Hatto
 n (MSc FCIPD FRSA)\, the director of Evenbreak\, one of our project partne
 rs. Evenbreak is a social enterprise that connects UK employers with disab
 led candidates and provides expert advice/consultation. Please see more in

 lp participants identify the barriers that may exist in their current recr
 uitment processes\, and explore ways to remove them\, so that all talent c
 an access the process equally. It will cover:\n\n 	The social model of dis
 ability\n 	What barriers do disabled candidates face?\n 	Job design\n 	Att
 raction/adverts\n 	Shortlisting/CVs\n 	Alternatives to CVs\n 	Assessment/i
 nterviews\n 	Alternatives to interviews\n 	The hiring decision\n 	Job offe
 r\n\nThis workshop is part of Real's 'THEN and NOW' Inclusive Employment P
 roject and will be a great example of the work we are doing and the free t
 raining opportunities available to all Tower Hamlets Employers Network(THE
 N) members. This session is open to both members and non-members. If you a
