nkey.co.uk/r/PLGenZNov2023\nWould you like to engage the next generation\,
Gen Z\, in your volunteering programme?  British Heart Foundation resear
ch in 2023 that shows that people aged between 16 and 24 are more likely t
o have volunteered for charities than any other age group.  Gen Z are ver
y socially conscious and want to positively impact their communities and k
now that they are directly making a difference.. Volunteering allows them
to contribute to a cause they believe in. Due to the decrease in volunteer
s because of Covid-19\, older generations are not returning to volunteerin
 g. However\, the cost of living crisis is making it harder for young peopl
e to volunteer. So how can we continue to recruit Gen Z and keep them enga

n bring to your organisation and good practice tips for recruiting and eng
aging them in your volunteering programme.  We will hear from Rose Hickm
