 Eyo will be on-hand teaching paint techniques including sketching\, colour
  charts\, brush techniques\, textures and more\n\n- Discussion and visuali
 sation with Crystxl King and Charley Jai\n\n- Binuaral Beats music to stim

 ELCOME\n\nShe Inspired Her CIC is an organisation that was built with the 
 view to help the community to receive workshops and services guided toward
 s both personal and professional development\, allowing them access to the
  right support to guide them towards a brighter future.\n\nThe "Hear Youth
  to Help Youth" programme has been created to deliver the voices\, thought
 s and views of youth\, young adults and their parents\, living and working
  in London boroughs\, with a strong focus on the Isle of Dogs and those wh
 o live\, work and are educated in the borough\, but open for access to all
 .\n\nWe will have a set of facilitators at the session encouraging discuss
 ion about current circumstances and future solutions for the borough\, thr
 ough discussion and socialising\, art and music therapy\, relaxation and v
