CLIC K HERE TO REGISTER\n\n \;\n\nThe OCEAN Service provides:\n\n Speciali st psychological treatment\, care and support to those who have experience d a birth trauma and/or loss\n Targeted assessment/intervention for indiv iduals identified with moderate/complex mental health needs arising from\, or related to their maternity experience\n Therapeutic care that integra tes psychological support\, specialist midwifery support\, and support aro und reproductive health.\n\n \;\n\nIt provides support for individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental health needs arising from: \n\n Birth trauma\n Pregnancy loss (due to miscarriage\, stillbirth\, or termi nation for any reason)\n Neonatal death\n Parent infant separation follo wing birth due to safeguarding concerns\n Severe fear of childbirth\n\nTh e aim is to provide joined-up care across mental health\, maternity and re productive health. This will fill in the gap where there is no other suita ble existing service.\n\nIt is offering help to individuals who are wantin g and ready to engage in psychologically based support. This service will provide planned care and is not able to provide crisis support.\n\nThis se rvice has been co-produced by service users\, voluntary sector organisatio ns\, maternity voices partnership and other NHS partners.
