 \; including beginners\, teenage girls\, and older women- all are welcome.
 \n\nNour would like you to join us for an evening of wellness through yoga
  and getting together where you will have a chance to meet some of the Nou
 r team and learn about what we do and how you can get involved.\n\nThe eve
 ning will begin with some important takeaways from one of their psychother
 apists around the importance of the mind-body connection. The yoga session
  will be guided by an experienced female yoga instructor\, who will be abl
 e to offer multiple choices for those less bendy than others.\n\nPurchase 
 your ticket now to enjoy an intimate female-only evening yoga session\, se
 t at a basic level to get you moving gently at a comfortable pace. The eve
 ning will end with luxury hot chocolates and cake\, socialising and a hamp
 er\; where one lucky attendee will be gifted this to take home.\n\nNour en
