 nar is intended to support the thinking around next steps developing more 
 effective working between primary care\, social prescribing and social wel
 fare advice in the current context in London.\n\nIn the webinar we will he
 ar from examples and research of what good looks like\, the conditions nee
 ded to foster and enable effective working\, and progress updates in Londo
 n wide initiatives.\n\nThere will be lots of opportunities for participati
 on from the attendees\n\nPresenters will include:\n\n 	UCL’s Health Just
 ice Partnership’s team will share their research about the conditions th
 at support effective collaborative working across the health\, social pres
 cribing and social welfare advice sectors.\n 	The Mayor of London’s Robu
 st Safety Net team will share their developments\, including funding of co
 mmunity based advice provision\n 	A progress update on Citizens Advice’s
  pan London programme to develop borough level referral platforms and netw
 orks between advice providers and a range of frontline provision\, includi
 ng social prescribing\n 	A progress update on the 15 London social prescri
 bing link workers who are studying to become qualified welfare advisors\n\
