 he national evaluation lead for the Thriving Communities Fund\, this webin
 ar will reflect on the achievements of the 14 projects which finished in M
 arch 2022. We will hear from a number of projects showcasing their success
 es and learning.\n\nThe Thriving Communities Fund supported local voluntar
 y\, community\, faith and social enterprise (VCSFE) projects that brought 
 together innovative place-based partnerships to improve and increase the r
 ange and reach of available social prescribing community activities\, espe
 cially for those most impacted by Covid-19 and health inequalities.\n\nWho
  is it for?\n\nThis webinar is open to all. Come along if you are interest
 ed to hear about innovative partnership working in social prescribing and 
 the voluntary and community sector. You could be from the health sector\, 
 local authorities\, the VCFSE\, research and academia\, or anyone else int
