 r Life to deliver a Mindfulness Workshop.\nThe workshop is available to AL
 L participants aged 50+ who live and work in the boroughs of Tower Hamlets
  and Hackney. I would like to emphasize that this workshop is open to all 
 gender\, ethnicity\, and cultural demographic.\nWhat is Mindfulness I’m 
 hearing you say?\nThe dictionary definition of Mindfulness is - A mental s
 tate achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment\, while ca
 lmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings\, thoughts\, and bodily se
 nsations\, used as a therapeutic technique.\nOur Mindfulness workshop will
  provide all participants with two relaxation techniques for them to adm
 inistrate self-care or to teach their family and friends which will be del
 ivered by Mindfulness Champions. This workshop is limited to only 10 spac
