 LL) programme\, Waltham Forest is delighted to host Ezra Ben-Yisrael\, The
  Voice of Reason and Founder of Edifying Answers\, for Mental Resilience f
 or Founders.\n\nThis webinar will aim to give you a sound understanding of
  how to identify\, boost and prioritise your mental resilience. The conten
 t is for business owners and founders who are dealing with incredible chal
 lenges and mental stress or worry due to lockdown\, Brexit\, financial con
 cerns\, and more.\n\nTopics we’ll cover\n\nHaving mental resilience is i
 mportant for all of us\, especially during difficult times like those we a
 re currently facing. It is therefore paramount that we learn\, build and m
 aintain the key principles that will elevate our resilience\, health and m
 ental well-being.\n\nThis webinar will empower individuals to raise awaren
 ess about their thinking processes\, to identify new healthy habits\, and 
 to begin building new strong foundations in relation to their own mental r
 esilience and overall well-being.\n\nThe session will cover the following
