DESCRIPTION:In honour of ‘Men’s health week’\, Tower Hamlets Talking
  Therapies has organised a webinar specifically for Men to talk about ment
 al health. Research shows that men are less likely to reach out for suppor
 t for their mental health and less likely to talk about it. We want to enc
 ourage a conversation about mental health and raise awareness\n\nWhat will
  the webinar cover?\n\n 	Statistics of men’s mental health\n 	Common bar
 riers to talking about mental health\n 	Ways to overcome barriers and enco
 urage conversation\n 	Education on common mental health difficulties – a
 nxiety and low mood\n 	Signposting and where to get support  \n\n \n\nTh
 e webinar will take place on Thursday 17th June at 2pm and is open for 
 all men who live in Tower Hamlets or have a GP registered in the borough.
