 change during their lifetime\, this workshop will give you the tools to un
 derstand when is this happening\; Understand the change you are going thro
 ugh and make the most of opportunities that arise\; how to lead the change
  and tips on how to approach the change to make it easier. Please note thi
 s event is aimed at Voluntary Organisations based or delivering work in th
 e borough of Tower Hamlets\, we have limited places so we will give priori
