DESCRIPTION:North East London NHS has Long-Term Health Conditions as a top 
 priority. They really want to people with Long Term Health Conditions help
  them shape how they support people. Please see the attached flyer for fac
 e-to-face and online events coming up very soon. If you attend face-to-fac
 e event\, you can get a £35 Love2shop voucher or if you attend an online 
 event a £25 Lover2shop voucher. \n\nPeople with the following long term 
 health conditions are invited to register their interest:\n\n 	A heart con
 dition such as Atrial fibrillation\, Cardiovascular disease and Heart fai
 lure\n 	A lung condition such as Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary
  Disease (COPD)\n 	Other conditions such as Diabetes and Chronic kidney d
 isease\n\nEvent Dates:\n\nOnline: Friday 20 January / 10.00am to 11.30am 
 or 1.00pm to 2.30pm\n\nNorth East London NHS also have survey here: Do yo
