 the popular Introduction to Trans Awareness programme\, designed for all s
 taff working across North East London. This introductory session\, deliver
 ed by Gendered Intelligence covers the following areas to develop understa
 nding and empathy for those interacting with Trans identities:\n\n 	Settin
 g the wider context for Trans identities - how sex\, gender\, and sexual o
 rientation interact\n 	Exploring key terms and the use of language\n 	Prov
 iding a basic grounding in the legislation surrounding the rights and resp
 onsibilities related to Trans identities\n 	Initiating discussions on how 
 organisations can ensure they are trans-inclusive\n 	Offering links to a w
 ide range of resources\n\nAbout Gendered Intelligence\n\nGendered Intellig
 ence is a trans-led charity that works directly with approximately 500 you
 ng trans and gender-questioning individuals from diverse backgrounds each 
 year\, primarily through their youth groups and 1:1 mentoring services. Th
 ey have provided training to over 30\,000 professionals across various set
 tings\, including local authorities\, educational institutions (such as sc
 hools\, colleges\, and universities)\, large international commercial orga
 nizations\, arts organizations\, small charities\, foster care and childre
 n's home settings\, CAMHS\, secure mental health settings\, residential cl
 inics\, and within the wider statutory\, not-for-profit\, and commercial s
 ectors. All trainers are professional trainers/facilitators who are also t
 rans-identified and possess extensive grassroots trans community knowledge
