 b is pleased to announce new dates for the popular Introduction to Trans A
 wareness programme\, designed for all staff working across North East Lond
 on. This introductory session\, delivered by Gendered Intelligence covers 
 the following areas to develop understanding and empathy for those interac
 ting with Trans identities:\n\n 	Setting the wider context for Trans ident
 ities - how sex\, gender\, and sexual orientation interact\n 	Exploring ke
 y terms and the use of language\n 	Providing a basic grounding in the legi
 slation surrounding the rights and responsibilities related to Trans ident
 ities\n 	Initiating discussions on how organisations can ensure they are t
 rans-inclusive\n 	Offering links to a wide range of resources\n\nAbout Gen
 dered Intelligence\n\nGendered Intelligence is a trans-led charity that wo
 rks directly with approximately 500 young trans and gender-questioning ind
 ividuals from diverse backgrounds each year\, primarily through their yout
 h groups and 1:1 mentoring services. They have provided training to over 3
 0\,000 professionals across various settings\, including local authorities
 \, educational institutions (such as schools\, colleges\, and universities
 )\, large international commercial organizations\, arts organizations\, sm
 all charities\, foster care and children's home settings\, CAMHS\, secure 
 mental health settings\, residential clinics\, and within the wider statut
 ory\, not-for-profit\, and commercial sectors. All trainers are profession
 al trainers/facilitators who are also trans-identified and possess extensi
 ve grassroots trans community knowledge.\nWhat previous attendees have fed
