 ke an objective hiring decision and select the best candidate\, no matter 
 what their disability status. Learn how you can make sure the job offer is
  inclusive and what to do about unsuccessful disabled candidates. Discover
  disability-friendly induction and onboarding processes. Make sure you can
  welcome all new starters to your organisation\, encourage them to discuss
  any workplace adjustments and find out where you can go to get the expert
  advice you might need about resolving any challenges.\nWho should attend:
