DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nAs part of Real's 'THEN and NOW' Inclusive Employment Pro
 ject\, join us for the next of our many FREE training opportunities for em
 ployers.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this Event\nBOOK HERE\n\n\n\nThe workshop will b
 e delivered by Jane Hatton (MSc FCIPD FRSA)\, the director of Evenbreak\, 
 one of our project partners. Evenbreak is a social enterprise that connect
 s UK employers with disabled candidates and provides expert advice/consult
 ation. Please see more information on the session below\;\nWhat you can ex
 pect:\nAttracting Disabled Candidates – being seen as an inclusive emplo
 yer of choice\n\nThis workshop will help participants identify and expand 
 opportunities for attracting disabled candidates and advise employers on h
 ow they can become more attractive to disabled applicants. It will cover:\
 n\n 	A vacancy occurs – then what happens?\n 	Inclusive job design\n 	Cr
 eating an inclusive job description\n 	Writing inclusive job adverts\n 	Wh
 ere to advertise\n 	Establishing credibility as an inclusive employer of c
 hoice\n\nWho can attend:\nThis workshop is part of Real's 'THEN and NOW' I
 nclusive Employment Project and will be a great example of the work we are
  doing and the free training opportunities available to all Tower Hamlets 
 Employers Network(THEN) members. This session is open to both members and 
 non-members. If you are an employer based in or around Tower Hamlets and y
 ou are interested in making your employment practices more inclusive\, it
