  form.\n\nGet ready for business\n\nIn this second full-day webinar worksh
 op our experts will cover a step-by-step plan to help you develop your bus
 iness idea from concept to market.\n\nWorkshop itinerary:\n\nSession 1: Wh
 y start a business? (10.00 - 13.00)\n\nIn the first part of the day\, we w
 ill cover:\n\n 	What are the characteristics of an entrepreneurs and what 
 skills\, talent or experience are required?\n 	Do I work 9-5 or 5-9?\n 	Im
 portance of your values when starting a business\n 	Minimum Viable Product
 \n 	What is needed for you to start your business?\n 	Researching the mark
 et\n 	Testing and validating your idea\n\nSession 2: Getting started - the
  things you need to know! (14.00 - 17.00)\n\nIn the second session\, we wi
 ll start to delve into how to operationally get your business up and runni
 ng:\n\n 	Legal and operations – the things you need to know\, including 
 company formation\, operations and finance\n 	Defining your value - what i
 s your value to your customers and your value proposition\n\nWe will finis
 h by looking at how we can build a simple but effective business plan:\n\n
  	Types of business plans – traditional vs modern\n 	The Business Model 
 Canvas\n\nThroughout the session there will be generous breaks and time fo
 r questions.\n\nAdditional Registration Form\n\nIf you are new to Start-up
 s in London Libraries\, please fill out this registration form as well as 
 registering on Eventbrite. As this project is funded by the European Regio
 nal Development Fund\, this is important for our funding purposes. If you 
 have previously taken part in any Start-ups in London Libraries workshop\,
  you do not need to fill this out again. We will be sending the Zoom link 
 the day before the webinar and we will only be able to send it to the peop
 le who have filled out a registration form. \n\nPlease make sure that you 
 have read the eligibility criteria at the bottom of the page before regist
 ering. \n\nThis is the first part of a two-day offering. To make the most 
 of the free business support offered by the Start-ups in London Libraries 
 project\, please also book to attend the Day 1 webinar - 'What next for my
  business idea'- alongside this workshop. These workshops have been design
 ed for people who have had a registered business for less than a year\, or
