 ings Foundation. In the last 14 years\, the campaign has helped hundreds o
 f thousands of people to get online for the first time and improve their d
 igital skills.\n\nDid you now?\n\n 	Nearly 1 in 5 adults lack the most ba
 sic digital skills needed for everyday life\n 	Over 1 in 20 households ha
 ve no internet access\, neither fixed line nor mobile\n 	2 million househ
 olds struggle with affordability of internet access\n\nGet Online Week see
 s thousands of local events take place each year hosted by community organ
 isations\, giving everyone the chance to find the support they need to imp
 rove their digital skills and get motivated to learn more. Last year\, hu
 ndreds of community organisations in the UK held events for people with lo
