DESCRIPTION:Volunteer Centre Tower Hamlets are offering a learning session 
 on creating inclusive environments for BAME volunteers.\n\nOver the past y
 ear\, racism has been under the spotlight across the world\, including her
 e in the UK. The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed long-standing inequalities 
 in our society\, disproportionally affecting BAME communities.  As a volu
 nteer manager\, would you like to improve the diversity of your volunteers
  and create more inclusive\, welcoming environments for BAME volunteers? I
 f so\, this Peer Learning session is for you.\n\nCost: Our Peer Learning i
 s kindly subsidised via a grant from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets (
 LBTH).  VCTH is committed to providing Peer Learning free-of-charge durin
 g the pandemic.  However\, we charge a £50 fee for late cancellations an
