 arrell from Age UK will be running workshops will to help people feel a bi
 t more secure about things. She will be giving lots of tips on how to save
  energy at home: appliances\, lighting\, preventing damp\, applying for as
 sistance schemes and grants\, and lots more. This will be from 14.00-15.00
  with free handouts for people who come. Then from 15.00-16.30\, there wil
 l be a free drop-in advice clinic where anyone can come by to get some mor
 e personal advice and support in their own household.\n\nThe workshops are
  available to anyone living in the City\, Hackney\, Newham and Tower Hamle
