 l at the moment. Ruby Farrell from Age UK will be running workshops will t
 o help people feel a bit more secure about things. She will be giving lots
  of tips on how to save energy at home: appliances\, lighting\, preventing
  damp\, applying for assistance schemes and grants\, and lots more. This w
 ill be from 14.00-15.00 with free handouts for people who come. Then from 
 15.00-16.30\, there will be a free drop-in advice clinic where anyone can 
 come by to get some more personal advice and support in their own househol
 d.\n\nThe workshops are available to anyone living in the City\, Hackney\,
