 mily Hubs and Start of Life programme and they have been planning a new wa
 y of working to set up Family Hubs in Tower Hamlets.\n\nHaving carried out
  a series of workshops with a smaller group of stakeholders to develop our
  initial Theory of Change\, they are holding a workshop on Wednesday 5 Oct
 ober to present our findings to wider stakeholders in the borough.\n\nThis
  workshop will cover:\n\n 	The Family Hubs programme progress\n 	The Theor
 y of Change outcomes that you have worked on with us over the past few mon
 ths\n 	Key issues for children\, young people and families that we need to
  improve through Family Hubs\n 	Different approaches to delivering Family 
 Hubs\n\nEarly Help &amp\; Children and Families Service want to take plann
 ing and designing Family Hub delivery to the localities\, and so they want
  to take your advice on how best to do this quickly and effectively.\n\nTh
 ere will also be opportunities to network\, ask questions\, and to share i
 nformation about your organisation.\n\nRefreshments and a take-away lunch 
 will be provided.\n\nPlease arrive from 9am. Workshop begins promptly at 9
