 JS Taster Day is taking place in Central London.\n\nApplicants will be sel
 ected based on their answers to the following question:\n\nWhy are you int
 erested in being an emerging leader on the ELEVATE CJS Programme? (250 wo
 rds)\n\nAbout ELEVATE CJS\n\nThe Criminal Justice Alliance is piloting ELE
 VATE CJS\, a comprehensive twelve-month leadership programme that promotes
  the redistribution of power to people with lived experience of the crimin
 al justice system.\n\nThe programme aims to dismantle the barriers of stig
 ma and tokenism\, which prevent emerging leaders who are working in the se
 ctor from progressing to positions of power and influence.\n\nThrough pers
 onal and professional development training\, the programme will equip indi
 viduals with the skills\, knowledge\, and networks to advance systemic cha
 nge\, challenging the criminal justice sector to reimagine who can be a le
 ader.\n\nELEVATE CJS runs from January to December. The first cohort will 
 begin the programme in January 2023.\n\nRead more about ELEVATE CJS\, and

 here.\n\nAbout the ELEVATE CJS Taster Day\n\nThe ELEVATE CJS Taster Day is
  an opportunity for people who may apply to be part of the 2023 cohort to 
 find out more about the ELEVATE CJS Leadership Programme. Attending the EL
 EVATE CJS Taster Day 2022 is not essential for applications to be part of 
 the ELEVATE CJS 2023 cohort.\n\nThe Taster Day is taking place in Central 
 London. Successful applicants will receive an invitation by email in the c
