 ur of International Women’s Day\, we are running an online learning sess
 ion on 9th March as part of our 'Learning from Leaders' series\n\n\n\n\n\n
 \n\n\n\nThe theme for 2022 International Women's Day is #BreaktheBias\, a 
 call to stand up against gender bias\, discrimination and stereotyping. In
  honour of this\, ELBA are running an online 'Learning from Leaders' sessi
 on on 9th March.\n\nWe look forward to welcoming some fantastic panellists
  from both the corporate and community sector\, and creating a space to sh
 are advice\, experiences\, learnings on Breaking the Bias.\n\nFrom the com
 munity\, we will hear from Anna Strickland.\n\nAnna is an empowerment an
 d self esteem photographer who works under the name of HeardinLondon\, a
  confidence coach at Self Care School\, and Director of True you Today
  - an organisation that empowers and supports survivors of gendered abuse
  (women\, non binary people\, those on gender queer spectrum) through art\
 , movement and creativity.\n\nFrom the business side\, volunteers from UB
 S\, Société Générale and Linklaters are set to share their persona
 l and professional experiences\, in particular looking at the intersectio
 nality of gender bias and its impact in areas such as age\, maternity\, c
 ulture\, and race.\n\nWe aim to bring together people from corporate and c
 ommunity sectors and create a space to share advice\, experiences\, learni
 ngs\, and celebrate International Women’s Day.\n\nMore details to be ann
 ounced.\n\nThis session is FREE and open to employees\, managers and leade
 rs in any community organisations with a social and charitable purpose acr
