DESCRIPTION:Wednesday 20 July / 2.00 to 4.45pm / Societe Generale Office\,
  1 Bank St\, E14 4SG\n\nThis in-person session aims to create innovative 
 and collaborative solutions to a HR issue or challenge facing one of ELBA
 ’s Community Partners.Volunteers will work together in teams to break do
 wn the challenge\, brainstorm ideas and support them to create an Action P
 lan of next steps to take away. HR areas that can be covered are:\n\n 	HR 
 policies and procedures e.g. leave (adoption\, parental\, sickness\, emerg
 ency)\, disciplinary procedures\, grievance\, health and safety\, pay\, co
 ntractors\, retirement\n 	Flexible policies &amp\; implications for staff 
 going forward\n 	Redundancies: how to do it properly\; how to support rema
 ining staff\;\n 	Recruitment &amp\; hiring\n 	HR Handbooks\n 	Equality/equ
