DESCRIPTION:If you have the lived experience and knowledge of using one of 
 our mental health crisis telephone lines\, East London NHS Foundation Trus
 t really want to hear from you about some suggested changes to the way the
  service is delivered.\n\nThey will be holding drop-in events in July 2023
  across the City &amp\; Hackney\, Newham and Tower Hamlets\, aimed towards
  current or previous users of their mental health crisis telephone lines a
 cross these boroughs.\n\nTuesday\, 11th July 2023\, Newham\n\n\n\n11:00

 sday\, 12th July 2023 / City &amp\; Hackney\n\n\n\n\n\n13:00-16:00 / Hatch

 t our mental health crisis lines\n\nWhen someone is experiencing a mental 
 health crisis\, it can be an upsetting and distressing time\, for them and
  the people around them.\n\nThat is why East London NHS Foundation Trust r
 emain committed to providing a mental health crisis Freephone support line
 \, staffed by qualified\, knowledgeable and empathetic mental health profe
 ssionals who are there to respond to every call\, 24 hours a day\, seven d
 ays a week\, all year round. A service for everyone living in City &amp\; 
 Hackney\, Newham or Tower Hamlets.\n\nTheir intention is to ensure that pe
 ople using the service continue to get the same or an improved level of ca
 re\, while also continuing best staff practices to provide consistency in 
 experience and equity of care.\n\nThey want to make sure that service user
 s themselves are at the centre of planning these changes.\n\nYour expertis
 e and experiences can help them to plan and make sure their Freephone ment
 al health crisis line is truly responsive to what people need when they ca
 ll for help and advice.\n\nBy working together we can continue to keep imp
 roving our service\, to keep making it better for people when they need it
