  Education Provider Network (CEPN) are pleased to offer this 90min worksho
 p on Empathy and Compassion. It has been testing times for all. We have al
 l experienced significant pressures at work and at home compounded by soci
 al and economic stressors and uncertainties - that will likely present a p
 opulation health burden for months and years to come. This session will in
 troduce psychoeducation around empathy and mentalisation\, and the neurosc
 ience of safety\, alongside practical skills for raising the levels of emp
 athy and compassion even when you only have quite a short space of time to
  spend with someone. We will hear from people with lived experience of str
 uctural discrimination and difficulties accessing health and social welfar
 e and facilitate a mix of information presenting and interactivity. Come a
