 t to see in the world!\n\nShould there be more Black\, Asian and minority-
 ethnic people in senior and community leadership roles in the borough?\n\n
 Tower Hamlets Council thinks so and is calling on residents to take part i
 n a project which aims to encourage more people from those communities\, c
 urrently under-represented in these roles\, to feel that such roles are fo
 r them - and to apply.\n\nAhead of the launch of the “I Can Be” projec
 t later this year\, the council wants to find out more how residents would
  like to be communicated with and which channels work best for different g
 roups. Help shape the project to encourage more people from under-represen
 ted communities to take up leadership roles and to be part of a positive c
 hange.\n\nA free lunch will be provided\n\n
