DESCRIPTION:Tuesday 2 August / 1.30 to 3.30pm / City Gates Ilford\n\nInvita
 tion to shape the work of the new providers: The NHS in north east London
  is looking for people to help us choose an organisation to provide commun
 ity diagnostics services for ultrasounds\, MRIs\, endoscopy and cardiology
 .  They would like to bring together a group of people to look at what a 
 good complaints process would look and feel like\, what they would expect 
 a service provider to do to maintain their privacy\, dignity and confident
 iality\, and what they would expect a provider to do to ensure all residen
 ts could access.\n\nNHS NEL are particularly interested people from divers
 e communities\, disabled people and those with long-term conditions\, e.g.
  people with diabetes\, hypertension\, obesity\, cancer and neurological c
 onditions.\n\nA reimbursement of £25 plus reasonable travel costs and in
 terpreters can be available if required. NHS NEL will select a cross sect
 ion of people to try and best represent the community\, so please let them
