DESCRIPTION:by Tower Hamlets CVS \n\nBOOK HERE\n\nThe forum is open to all 
 organisations that the community connector organisations refer to in Tower
  Hamlets and organisations attending\n\n\n\n\nThe Community connectors for
 um aims to provide a space for organisations to get together and discuss i
 ssues\, share resources and collaborate on initiatives and to make the Com
 munity connectors programmes in the borough stronger and more effective.\n
 \nThe network will hold 4 meetings per year meeting on a quarterly basis.\
 n\nThe Forum priorities for 2021 are to:\n\n 	Identify the challenges faci
 ng VCSE organisations receiving referrals from Community connectors\n 	Emb
 ed coproduction in the development of referral pathways\n 	Develop data sh
 aring protocols between agencies\n 	Strengthen partnership and collaborati
 on amongst groups working with and supporting communities in Tower Hamlets
 .\n 	Support workforce development\n 	Create the mechanism to ensure learn
 ing from the project is embedded in borough-wide systems change.\n\nFor fu
