 uction’ really mean? And why is it so important in women’s projects?\n
 \nThis workshop will explore the various ways in which women participate i
 n projects to improve their lives and change the world. These range from 
 ‘having a voice’ to ‘running the whole show’. You will talk about 
 power and status in our groups and organisations and share strategies for 
 creating more equal relationships between staff\, volunteers and women and
  girls supported by our services. This workshop is part of the Labyrinth L
