 oin us at the Ecology Pavilion in Mile End Park for a fun-filled event to 
 celebrate YOU and the role of unpaid carers of Tower Hamlets residents.\n\
 nOrganised by Tower Hamlets Council with its partners\, and co-developed w
 ith unpaid carers\, there will be a range of free activities available on 
 the day\, including:\n\n 	Chair disco\n 	African dance\n 	Yoga\n 	Chair ma
 ssage\n 	Craft activities\n 	Smoothie bikes\n 	Information and advice stan
 ds\n 	Carers rights workshop\n 	lLunch and teas\, coffees to be provided\n
