 n Partnership has provided vital health\, wellbeing and cost of living sup
 port to many people in the borough. The projects were run at churches pred
 ominantly attended by Black African communities\, but offered activities s
 upport to the whole community. The projects are an excellent example of ho
 w faith groups play vital role in the health of the whole community.\n\nJo
 in us to hear about the great outcomes achieved\, including:\n\n 	Raising 
 physical and mental health awareness\n 	Signposting to local services\n 	P
 roviding a warm space and food in a trusted setting\n 	Keeping people fit\
 n 	Providing health checks such as blood pressure\n 	Tackling loneliness\n
