SUMMARY:Cannabis Training Presentation
DESCRIPTION:Cannabis – Monday 27th June 2022 1pm to 3pm\nThis session is 
 aimed at supporting local partners to gain a basic understanding of what C
 annabis is and what it’s use and dependency looks like\, it’s impact a
 nd associated risks\, physically\, mentally and socially. Alongside this\,
  we will identify and explore support options available.\nThe session is d
 esigned to be accessed by all staff from various community agencies and gr
 oups including:\n\n\n 	Mental Health\n 	Adult and Child Social Care\n 	Hou
 sing\n 	Probation/DIP/Community Safety\n 	Hostels\n 	Primary Care\n 	Emplo
 yment and Education Services\n 	Local Community Groups \n\nBy the end of
  the workshop you will have some basic understanding of:\n\n\n 	Cannabis a
 nd reasons for its use\n 	The signs of cannabis use\, dependency and withd
 rawal\n 	The physical\, psychological and social impact associated with ca
 nnabis use\n 	Legal considerations\n 	How problematic cannabis use is trea
 ted\n 	What support options are available locally and nationally\n 	How to
  refer individuals into treatment for cannabis related issues in Tower Ham
 lets\n\nPlaces are limited and colleagues are requested to register early
