Tower Hamlets is expanding and strengthening the support offer to residents through a range of information and signposting websites and services such as local offer, community and care navigators, MacMillan and GP care group social prescribers. With little or no money following any referral.

This forum will bring together voluntary sector organisations, commissioners and analysts from Tower Hamlets the local authority and CCG to explore how the sector can use the data that is collected to strengthen their impact for current funders and to seek other funding to contribute to the integrated approach being developed across health and social care.

The session will discuss

  • Understand the range  of current data sources
  • Discuss the options for strengthening referral and feedback to support measuring impact for the voluntary sector
  • Identify how the data collected can be analysed
  • Identify how the data can be used to by LBTH and CCG
  • Gain a greater understanding of how the Health Watch Repository can be used
  • Sharing issues and concerns

Followed by a networking opportunity
