Premises are an issue which poses unique challenges for voluntary groups, large and small. THCVS would like to invite you to join us in a conversation about the issues you are facing with a view to resolving those issues in a coordinated way as painlessly and quickly as is possible.

As we have not had a Premises Forum for some time it is clear that we need to have a Premises Forum sooner as we aware that the not for profit sector faces a range of premises issues at this time.

If your organisation or group is affected by a premises or lease issues, please do contact us before the Premises Forum so that we can seek advice if needed on those as a matter of urgency.

Please let me know if your organisation will be attending and if you are experiencing any premises, lease, rent subsidy or rent reduction issues in advance if you can.
